We endeavor to ship orders on a 'same day' basis if orders are received by 3pm on week days (as long as the items are in stock).
Our postage and packaging charges are based on the overall size and weight of your order. You are able to check shipping options within your Shopping Cart. The minimum shipping price will be £3.80 (Royal Mail 1st Class Post).
Dog tags are shipped free of charge.
UK orders over £50 are shipped free of charge.
For orders from the UK (including Northern Ireland) and the Channel Islands, we offer the choice of shipping:
For customers who live locally to Your Dogs Needs (Poole, Dorset), you are welcome to collect your order. Please select 'collection' and we will email you to arrange collection once your order is ready. Please Note: If you select collection and later wish to have your order delivered, this will incur an additional postage and packaging fee. The fee will depend on the size and weight of your order.
You can select which shipping method you wish to use on the Delivery Information screen.
Your order should be received within 7 working days from the day you placed your order. Red Dingo Dog Tags will take up to 10 working days. Generally orders are shipped within 1-2 days.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland,
Orders should be delivered within ten working days of the date the order is received (normally your order is received within three to seven working days).
We currently ship to the following countries:

If the delivery name of your order is different to the billing name we will ensure that a packing slip is sent with the order which does not show any prices. If the billing and delivery name and address are the same, and you do not wish us to include an invoice with your order, please let us know in the comments field when you place your order.
