Should any product purchased from Your Dogs Needs be received faulty, damaged or it differs from the relevant description provided, we will arrange a full refund or replacement.
All returns must be declared within 14 days of receipt of the product. Once you have contacted us to return the goods you have a futher 14 days to return the goods.
In the event of a purchase being made in error through no fault of Your Dogs Needs, we will be pleased to offer a replacement or refund. If a refund is requested under these circumstances, the product will be returned unused and in a saleable condition, including any tags, attached. In cases such as this, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward delivery.
For ALL returns requests, please contact Your Dogs Needs in the first instance. You will be required to provide details of your request and provided with an RMA (returns) number, your unique RMA number must be provided in all further communications relating to your returned product(s). This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We offer an exchange policy for new Perfect Fit Harness purchases, whether purchased as a whole harness or as a separate part or parts. Please contact us in the first instance to assist with any exchange or return.
PLEASE NOTE: Your Dogs Needs will accept returned Perfect Fit Harnesses ONLY if they are returned completely clean, free of fur, dirt and general debris. Should any part of your returns be in a less than resalable condition, we reserve the right to return your product without a refund or exchange.
