We Are Open
As an online pet store, and in-line with government guidelines, we are able to continue to maintain business as usual and accept and dispatch orders.
We do not foresee any supplier issues, but as with the situation we are in, it is fluid and we cannot predict what may come about. However, as always we remain in contact with all and if anything changes we will keep our site up to date with any information.
There is a chance that postal services will become burdened again, so we thank you for your patience in advance, we will notify customers of any possible changes to services as and when updates may be released.
We have plenty in stock to provide enrichment, fun, food rewards, treats and chews, plus so much more to ensure your dogs are kept entertained during these times.
If you are running low on anything and you aren’t sure if we can supply, please get in touch, we’ll be happy to assist.
Safety
The well-being of our staff, customers and suppliers is our top priority and we are keeping contact to a minimum in terms of who physically handles products, packing materials etc.
Deliveries
We use both Royal Mail (Royal Mail Coronavirus Update and Additional Royal Mail Information) and Parcel Force (Parcel Force Coronavirus Update) to handle our deliveries and both services are continuing to operate with some delays possible. To ensure delivery of your order as quickly as possible, we are also using additional courier services for larger parcels.
Public Health England has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus and we will continue to closely monitor all government and Public Health England advice on this matter.
Please note that the Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantee of “delivery by 1pm after the day of dispatch” has been suspended by Royal Mail. Therefore, we have temporarily removed this delivery option.
Collections
We are still able to offer a “click and collect” service where you can purchase and pay for your order online and we will then arrange with you to be able to collect your order in a “zero contact” manner.
Perfect Fit Harness Fittings
At the current time we are unable to offer a fitting service of the Perfect Fit Harness, but we are happy to advise on the sizes required and offer a collection service as well as a free exchange service if the size you have purchased does not fit.
International Orders
We are still able to handle international orders, but you can expect some delays in receiving your order based on the situation in your country and/or area.
Returns
Our standard Returns Policy applies, but if you are unable to return goods due to current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, please let us know.
NOTE: We cannot accept returns without an RMA number.
